Are you an ECS Rookie?

How to determine if you are an ECS rookie and eligible to run for 2018 rookie of the year at ECS.

** If this is your first year/ first race at ECS - you are an ECS rookie

** If you ran last year at ECS in a different class than the one you are registered in for 2018 - you are an ECS rookie

** if you ran less than 2 races last year at ECS in the class you are registering in for 2018 ( OUTLAW DIRT KART NATIONALS are not included) - you are an ECS rookie
